Yes, when making a booking you will be required to pay a secuirity deposit of £ 250.00 (based on the local currency of the location where you are staying)

The deposit will cover any incidental costs or damages that might occur during your stay.

At the end of your stay, after the apartment has been inspected, the deposit will be returned to you.

Please note that normally it will take between 5 to 10 working days for the deposit to be returned.
